アフロキューバンダンスにおいて、世界で最も重要なダンサーの一人。

キューバ国立民族舞踊団に21年間在籍し、そのうち10年間に及び第一ダンサーを務める。世界中の様々な舞台で活躍してきただけでなく、現在世界中で活躍するプロダンサー達に指導を行ってきた、マエストロ達にとってのマエストロでもある。

アフロキューバンダンスに限らず、キューバのポプラル系のダンスも全て踊りこなす、正にマルチダンサーであり、同時にパーカッショニストでもある。

ダンスの歴史に関するとてつもない深い知識を持ち、レッスンや彼の踊りを通して、彼自身が、キューバの生きた文化財産となっている。

He was a member of the Cuban National Folkloric Ensemble for 21 years, serving as a principal dancer for 10 of those years.
Not only has he performed on stages around the world, but he has also taught many of today’s top professional dancers globally — a true "maestro of maestros."
He is a versatile dancer who masterfully performs not only Afro-Cuban dance but also all genres of Cuban popular dance. He is also a skilled percussionist.
With an extraordinarily deep knowledge of dance history, his lessons and performances embody Cuba’s living cultural heritage.

Eric 

エリック (中国)

エリックは7歳からダンスを始め、専門のダンス学校で体系的な教育を受け、ラテン＆ボールルームダンスを専攻して卒業。20年以上の経験を持ち、かつては国際競技レベルのプロフェッショナルダンサーとして活躍しました。

バレエ、民族舞踊、モダンダンス、闘牛ダンス、ルンバなど10種類以上のジャンルを学び、幅広く深いダンスの知識と技術を持ち合わせています。

2011年に中国・広州にダンススタジオを設立し、サルサ、バチャータ、キゾンバなどのラテンダンスを中心に、指導と普及活動を行っています。

毎年ヨーロッパやアメリカで研修を重ね、国際的な指導・舞台表現の基準を学び続けており、体系的かつ創造的なカリキュラムの構築に長けています。
明快で親しみやすい指導スタイルで、クラスは学びの深さと楽しさが両立した魅力的な空間となっています。受講者一人ひとりに寄り添い、的確かつ迅速な対応で信頼を集めています。

Eric began his dance journey at the age of seven, receiving systematic training at a professional dance school, where he majored in Latin and Ballroom Dance. With over 20 years of experience, he previously competed at the international professional level in Latin and Ballroom Dance.

He has studied more than ten dance styles, including ballet, folk dance, modern dance, paso doble, and rumba, giving him a broad and in-depth foundation in dance.

In 2011, he established a dance studio in Guangzhou, China, where he has been actively promoting and teaching Latin dances such as Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba.

Eric continues to attend training programs in Europe and the United States annually to stay aligned with international standards in dance instruction and stage performance.
He is highly skilled in developing structured and innovative curricula, and is known for his dynamic, interactive teaching style that combines clarity, depth, and enjoyment.
His ability to adapt to students’ needs, maintain a well-paced and engaging class environment, and provide timely, precise feedback has earned him a strong reputation as a trusted and effective instructor.

Franklin Liranzo
フランクリン・リランゾ(ドミニカ/アメリカ)

ドミニカ共和国出身、ニューヨーク在住。国際的に活躍するサルサダンサー、振付師、インストラクター。ニューヨークスタイルのサルサを中心に、豊かな表現力と卓越したテクニックで注目を集める。

全米チャンピオン、世界大会でも多くのタイトルを手にするなど、長年にわたり世界各国のフェスティバルやコンペティションに出演。その情熱的かつ洗練されたパフォーマンスで高い評価を得ている。

ペアワークやボディームーブメント、シャインにおいても一流の技術を持ち、インストラクターとしても多数のダンサーを育成。彼のクラスは、技術的な明確さと芸術的な感性を兼ね備え、世界中のダンスファンに愛されている。

Originally from the Dominican Republic and currently based in New York, Franklin Liranzo is an internationally renowned salsa dancer, choreographer, and instructor. Specializing in New York-style salsa, he is known for his expressive artistry and exceptional technique.

A U.S. champion and multi-title winner at world competitions, Franklin has performed at festivals and competitions across the globe. His passionate yet refined performances have earned him widespread acclaim in the international dance community.

Mastering partnerwork, body movement, and shines, Franklin is also a highly respected instructor who has trained numerous dancers. His classes are celebrated for their clarity, technical precision, and artistic depth, attracting students and admirers from around the world.

Beto

ベト（コロンビア）

 1987年1月12日　サルサの国コロンビアの中でもアフロコロンビア・リズムの宝庫であるチョコ県で生まれる。

9歳の頃サルサの盛んなカリ市に移り1996年ダンスカンパニーNueva Dimensionに入学、ダンスの基礎を学ぶ。

2000年から世界でもっとも有名なサルサダンスカンパニーSWING LATINOのダンサーとしてスキルを磨き、2001年フェリア・デ・カリ第44回大会を皮切りに、47・48回大会でもサルサダンスチャンピオンに輝く。

2006年に日本のダンスカンパニーにスカウトされ来日。

翌2007年の世界大会・北京サルサコングレスキャバレー部門で優勝。彼の美しく躍動感のあるダンススタイルは話題になり、日本でのサルサ・コロンビアスタイルの先駆者として広く知られるようになる。

2011年から独立し、都内を中心に幅広い年齢層を対象にサルサ教室を開講。ペア、女性シャイン、男性シャイン、ユース（中・高校生）、キッズ（小学生）の振り付け、プロデュースを行い、メンバーの中から日本チャンピオンも登場している。

同時に自らもダンサーとして活動し2013年　アジア　ラテンミュージック　サルサフェスティバル（ソウル・韓国）で準優勝の杯を獲得。また、多くのイベントやテレビに出演。

Mika Takenaga

武永実花（東京）

8歳から社交ダンスを始め、‘94年から3年連続で史上最年少全日本選手権大会『アマチュアラテンチャンピオン』に輝き、数々のダンスショーやＴＶ・雑誌などに出演、振付指導を行う。

その後、キューバ人ダンスパートナーと出会い、サルサダンサーへ転身、2001年キューバ国立民族舞踊団へ短期留学後、2002年よりダンススタジオカシーノを開校。世界各地でパフォーマンス、ワークショップを行いワールドサルサチャンピオンシップの審査員を務める。 2008年NPO法人 日本サルサ協会を設立。日本のサルサダンスの普及に務めている。

Mika started Ballroom dancing when she was 8years old. Mika won the Amature Latin Champion in 1994 and defended that title in 1995 and 1996. After transitioning to salsa dancing, she flew to Cuba and learned at Conjunto Folclorico Nacional. In 2002 she opened Dance studio Casino in Tokyo. She has traveled the world teaching and performing. Mika has served as a judge in the World Salsa Championship. In 2008, she established NPO Japan Salsa Association and is now committed to promoting Salsa Dancing in Japan.
